About the Role

We are inviting a select group of strategic healthcare leaders to join ShiftPosts’ Advisory Board. This is a high-impact, part-time opportunity to guide a proven technology platform through its U.S. expansion and help shape the future of workforce operations in healthcare.

Advisors will play a critical role in accelerating adoption among health systems, pharmacy chains, payers, and public sector partners.

Responsibilities Include:

• Advise on U.S. go-to-market and sales strategy across pharmacy, health systems, and post-acute settings
• Support commercial expansion and product-market fit through executive feedback
• Introduce ShiftPosts to relevant networks, including clinical leaders, HR execs, or staffing partners
• Provide input on platform compliance, credentialing, and operational workflows
• Optionally participate as an investor in our current convertible note round

Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare leadership, clinical operations, staffing strategy, or digital health innovation
• Deep understanding of hospital, pharmacy, or managed care workforce needs
• Experience with provider networks, care delivery organisations, or healthcare tech scaling
• Strong network of decision-makers across healthcare systems, MSOs, or government health
• Interest in mission-driven innovation that improves care delivery and clinician well-being
