Help inspire students and graduates to see what’s possible through a career as a Chartered Accountant.

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this relationship-led role, you’ll connect with universities, employers, graduates, educators and student communities through careers events, presentations and campaigns that bring the CA story to life.

Key responsibilities:

• Inspire students and graduates through engaging virtual and face-to-face experiences.
• Build strong relationships with universities, employers, educators, student groups and graduates.
• Lead on-campus activity, including career fairs, presentations, student society events and industry seminars.
• Support CA Student Representatives and the CA Speaker Program to champion CA ANZ in market.
• Deliver campaigns that grow student engagement, employer relationships and future member pipelines.
• Use data, insights and academic calendars to identify opportunities and improve activity.

To be successful in this role you will bring:

• Confident relationship builder who enjoys creating great stakeholder experiences.
• Experience in a customer-facing, relationship-focused or early careers environment.
• Communicate clearly, present with confidence and adapt well to different audiences.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable balancing events, campaigns, reporting and relationships.
• Sound judgement, professionalism and a solutions-focused mindset.
• Curious, collaborative and comfortable using digital tools and data to improve outcomes.

SALARY

$83k-$88k (incl. Super).
