Our client is a fast-growing, lean biotech with three programs, Phases 2-3. They are at an exciting inflection point where sites are activating, milestones are approaching, and the team is growing!

The Opportunity

We are looking for a driven, experienced Clinical Research Associate or Senior CRA to join our client's clinical operations team. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, takes ownership of their sites, and is genuinely passionate about getting trials done right. You will be central to site activation and monitoring efforts as they push toward a key year-end milestone.

What You'll Do

• Identify and evaluate investigative sites, conduct Pre-Study Visits (PSVs), and lead Site Initiation Visits (SIVs)
• Conduct onsite monitoring visits in accordance with ICH/GCP, the protocol, and sponsor SOPs
• Serve as the primary point of contact for site staff, ensuring strong relationships and site performance
• Proactively identify and escalate site issues, protocol deviations, and enrollment challenges
• Support patient recruitment efforts and contribute to enrollment strategy
• Wear multiple hats as needed; this is a growing team and flexibility is key

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of CRA monitoring experience
• Sponsor-side experience required; smaller or leaner biotech experience is required
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently, manage a site portfolio, and drive results without heavy oversight
• Comfort with 80% travel; primarily onsite monitoring
