Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Appointment Setter to support our sales team by generating and qualifying leads, and booking high-quality appointments with potential clients. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, organised, and comfortable working with targets.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

* Conduct outbound calls, emails, and messages to prospective clients

* Qualify leads based on predefined criteria

* Schedule appointments for the sales team

* Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate information

* Follow up with leads to ensure attendance of booked appointments

* Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets

* Handle objections professionally and confidently

* Previous experience in sales, call centre, or appointment setting (preferred)

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Confident phone presence and ability to engage prospects

* Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems

* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
