We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to help manage and streamline delivery across various initiatives. You’ll play a key role in bringing structure, clarity, and strategy to a dynamic and evolving technology environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee multiple concurrent IT projects from initiation through delivery
- Drive process improvements in an environment where formal processes are still being developed
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals, timelines, and deliverables are met
- Prepare bi-weekly initiative summaries for senior leadership and executive reporting
- Support cloud migration and the organization’s ongoing shift toward a DevOps and Agile mindset
- Help advocate for and implement tools like Confluence to enhance documentation and collaboration
- Provide light JIRA administration, particularly using JIRA Data Center edition (on-prem), including role setup and integration support
- Serve as a communication hub to keep stakeholders aligned and informed
- Facilitate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes
- Identify, escalate, and track bandwidth constraints and project risks
Must-haves:
- 5+ years of experience managing IT projects in complex environments
- Comfortable navigating both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a detail-oriented and proactive mindset
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive communication
- Experience managing projects related to cloud migrations, SaaS environments, and/or DevOps practices
Nice-to-haves:
- Familiarity with JIRA (Data Center edition) and MS Project
- Experience with process improvement and change management
- Business analysis experience, particularly related to User Acceptance Testing
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Alliance certifications
