🧭 Hybrid: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote

📅 Contract Details

• Start Date: July 6, 2026
• Duration: 14 months
• Extension & Conversion: Possible based on performance and business needs
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Pay Rate: $28/hour
• Overtime / Travel: Not required

👥 About the Role

Due to increased workload, we are seeking a Graphic Designer II to join a collaborative in-house creative team. You’ll support a variety of internal initiatives and deliver high-quality visual assets for internal audiences.

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create:
• Sales tools
• Pitch decks
• Brochures
• Event and marketing collateral
• Develop creative concepts while working within established templates
• Ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives
• Manage projects end-to-end:
• Lead creative brief discussions
• Coordinate with vendors for print production and delivery
• Deliver work with strong focus on accuracy, accessibility, and consistency

🧠 What You Bring

✅ Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience in an agency or in-house creative environment
• Expertise in: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Figma
• Strong PowerPoint skills + Microsoft Office proficiency
• Working knowledge of HTML & CSS as it relates to design
• Strong experience with data visualization and infographic design
• Knowledge of accessibility design standards and best practices

💡 Soft Skills

• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
• Confident communicator with stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with strong project ownership

⭐ Nice-to-Have

• Experience with website structure or app development
• Experience in regulated industries such as financial services
