Summary
This is a dynamic and impactful opportunity to play a central role in building the next generation of hardware engineering and supply chain talent. In this position, you will drive full-cycle recruiting for early-in-profession roles, including internships and entry-level positions, across hardware engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain disciplines. Operating within a high-volume, fast-paced environment, you will partner closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance. Your ability to identify, engage, and assess specialized technical talent will directly shape the future workforce of a world-class hardware and supply chain organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for early-in-profession hardware engineering and supply chain roles, from sourcing through offer and close
- Source and identify candidates across hardware and supply chain disciplines, including hardware engineering, NPI, manufacturing, sourcing engineering, and supply chain and operations, using a variety of channels
- Screen and assess candidates to evaluate technical skills, domain exposure, and role alignment across hardware, manufacturing, and supply chain functions
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders to define hiring needs, candidate profiles, and recruiting plans
- Manage candidate communication and engagement throughout the full hiring process
- Lead candidate progression through interviews, debriefs, and offer and closing stages
- Build and maintain pipelines of early-career hardware engineering and supply chain talent, including passive candidates
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity in recruiting systems in alignment with process and compliance expectations
- Contribute to high-volume hiring efforts across multiple teams and business groups simultaneously
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience
- Experience owning full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, offer support, and closing
- Experience hiring for hardware engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, or related technical roles
- Experience in high-volume recruiting environments
- Experience supporting early-in-profession and university hiring programs, including internships and entry-level roles
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
- Strong ability to source and engage specialized hardware and supply chain talent using multiple channels, including applicant tracking systems, professional networks, and referrals
- Experience building and maintaining talent pipelines for hardware engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain roles
- Solid understanding of hardware and operations role profiles, including NPI, manufacturing, sourcing, and logistics
- Ability to conduct structured candidate screens evaluating skills, education, experience, and role alignment
- Experience assessing hardware and operations alignment, including engineering fundamentals, manufacturing exposure, and supply chain experience
- Proven ability to qualify candidates against defined hiring bar requirements
- Strong ATS hygiene practices, including tracking, documentation, and process compliance
- Excellent communication, stakeholder partnership, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and candidates simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

- Duration: 5 months
- Pay Range*: $36.50 - $41.50 per hour
- Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
- Job Status: Non-Exempt
