We are seeking an intermediate-level, full-time Hiring Manager to spearhead new client acquisition for our recruitment outsourcing solutions. This role involves nationwide remote prospecting, conducting high-impact virtual pitches, and confidently closing contracts with growing small businesses.

Key ResponsibilitiesNationwide Remote Prospecting
- Identify and target growing small businesses across multiple U.S. time zones.
- Utilize digital databases, job boards, and social selling platforms for comprehensive lead generation.
- Execute strategic cold-calling campaigns to initiate contact and qualify potential clients.
Virtual Pitching & Demos
- Schedule and conduct high-impact video meetings (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) with busy business owners.
- Effectively demonstrate the financial and operational Return on Investment (ROI) of outsourcing their recruitment needs.
- Tailor presentations and proposals to address specific client pain points and business objectives.
Closing Remote Contracts
- Confidently address and overcome budget objections and other client concerns.
- Negotiate profitable and mutually beneficial fee structures for services.
- Leverage digital signature tools and streamlined processes to close deals efficiently.
Skill Sets Required / PreferredTechnical Skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital databases for lead management.
- Strong command of virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Experience with digital signature tools for contract finalization.
