We are seeking an intermediate-level, full-time Hiring Manager to spearhead new client acquisition for our recruitment outsourcing solutions. This role involves nationwide remote prospecting, conducting high-impact virtual pitches, and confidently closing contracts with growing small businesses.

You are a highly motivated and results-oriented professional with a proven track record in sales or business development within a remote environment. You possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills, a strategic approach to prospecting, and a passion for demonstrating the value of HR and recruitment solutions to potential clients.

Key ResponsibilitiesNationwide Remote Prospecting

  • Identify and target growing small businesses across multiple U.S. time zones.
  • Utilize digital databases, job boards, and social selling platforms for comprehensive lead generation.
  • Execute strategic cold-calling campaigns to initiate contact and qualify potential clients.

Virtual Pitching & Demos

  • Schedule and conduct high-impact video meetings (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) with busy business owners.
  • Effectively demonstrate the financial and operational Return on Investment (ROI) of outsourcing their recruitment needs.
  • Tailor presentations and proposals to address specific client pain points and business objectives.

Closing Remote Contracts

  • Confidently address and overcome budget objections and other client concerns.
  • Negotiate profitable and mutually beneficial fee structures for services.
  • Leverage digital signature tools and streamlined processes to close deals efficiently.

Skill Sets Required / PreferredTechnical Skills

  • Proficiency in CRM software and digital databases for lead management.
  • Strong command of virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
  • Experience with digital signature tools for contract finalization.
  • Familiarity with job boards and social selling platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • General technology proficiency for remote work.
  • Experience with virtual administrative assistant tools and practices.

Experience & Education

  • Proven track record of successfully prospecting, pitching, and closing deals with small to medium-sized businesses.
  • Experience utilizing digital tools for lead generation, virtual presentations, and contract management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
