About the Role
We are actively and urgently hiring a Professional or Senior Recruiter to join a nationally recognized, award-winning staffing organization. This is a fully remote, nationwide opportunity for an experienced recruiter who is passionate about the AI, Data Analytics, and Technology space and ready to do the best work of their career.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across AI, Data Analytics, and Technology roles, from initial sourcing through offer and close.
- Build and maintain deep talent pipelines within the AI/ML, Data Science, Data Engineering, Analytics, and broader Tech talent communities.
- Partner directly with clients and account managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and deliver top-tier talent with speed and precision.
- Leverage advanced sourcing strategies, market intelligence, and your professional network to engage passive candidates in competitive talent markets.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on AI and tech talent trends, compensation benchmarking, and candidate availability.
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of candidate and client experience.
- Contribute to team performance, mentor junior recruiters, and help set the standard for delivery excellence across the practice.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, though demonstrated performance and experience will always speak louder.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a staffing, agency, or high-growth corporate environment.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for technical roles in AI, Data Analytics, Data Science, or Technology.
- Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and direct outreach strategies.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding placement or hiring targets in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and clients.
- Self-directed and highly organized, with the ability to manage a full desk remotely without missing a beat.
