About The Role
As a Data Analyst Associate , you will partner closely with Product Managers, Product Leaders, and Process Owners to deliver insights that improve product performance and customer experience. You will primarily support business-as-usual analytics while proactively uncovering opportunities to enhance product relevancy and help users discover the most relevant products and services.
Leveraging data from multiple sources, you will develop dashboards, perform quantitative analysis, and translate complex datasets into actionable recommendations. This role requires strong technical capabilities, curiosity, and the ability to independently drive insights that influence product decisions and foster a data-driven culture across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Partner with Product Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to support analytics initiatives and drive data-informed product decisions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that uncover trends, issues, and opportunities not easily visible to product teams.
- Perform quantitative analysis on large and complex datasets to generate actionable insights and improve product relevancy and customer experience.
- Design and maintain data models, data marts, and views to enable scalable and efficient reporting.
- Acquire, clean, validate, and maintain data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Identify patterns and trends through exploratory analysis and proactively recommend opportunities to improve search relevancy, product discovery, and user engagement.
- Design experiments, define success metrics, and perform A/B testing to evaluate product enhancements and new ideas.
- Promote a data-driven culture by co-owning key business metrics and providing regular insights and recommendations to product teams.
What You'll Bring to the Team
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00 in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Product Analytics, or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, and data modeling , with experience handling complex datasets and reporting structures.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar BI platforms .
- Knowledge of A/B Testing, Statistics, Google Analytics, Data Trackers, and experimentation methodologies .
- Strong analytical and technical capabilities with the ability to solve complex business problems through data.
- Highly organized with strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent requests and understand business urgency.
- Independent, proactive, and curious, with a passion for self-exploration and continuously uncovering insights that improve product relevancy and user experience.
