Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Remote Lead Manager to join our growing real estate team. The Lead Manager serves as the first point of contact for prospective buyers, sellers, and investors, ensuring all incoming leads are properly qualified, nurtured, and routed to the appropriate team members. This role is critical to maintaining strong client relationships and maximizing conversion opportunities.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple leads and follow-up activities.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound buyer, seller, and investor inquiries.
- Qualify leads through phone calls, email, text messaging, and CRM systems.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all lead interactions.
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients according to established processes.
- Schedule appointments and consultations for real estate agents.
- Track lead progress through the sales pipeline.
- Manage and update CRM databases to ensure data accuracy.
- Identify motivated buyers and sellers and prioritize opportunities.
- Coordinate with agents regarding lead status and appointment scheduling.
- Generate reports on lead activity, conversion rates, and pipeline performance.
- Assist with marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the client journey.
- Meet established performance and response-time expectations.
QualificationsRequired
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service, sales support, call center, or lead management experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace.
Preferred
- Previous real estate experience.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Follow Up Boss, Salesforce, HubSpot, KV Core, or similar systems.
- Experience with appointment setting, inside sales, or lead qualification.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
