The Role: Are you a visionary leader with a proven track record of delivering massive IT transformations? We are seeking an elite Project Director to helm our most critical, enterprise-level initiatives. In this project-based executive role, you will be the driving force behind large-scale, complex IT projects, bridging the gap between deep technical execution and high-level strategic vision.
What You Will Do:
- Direct & Deliver: Take absolute ownership to manage large-scale, complex IT projects from inception to successful completion.
- Lead with Impact: Expertly lead, inspire, and unify diverse teams to achieve high-performance results.
- Drive Strategy: Spearhead and drive strategic initiatives that align with broad organizational objectives.
- Engage Stakeholders: Act as the primary strategic liaison, seamlessly communicating project vision, status, and value to key stakeholders and executives.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering. A Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred for this enterprise-level role.
- Experience: 10+ years of comprehensive experience in project or program management, including at least 10 years specifically in a senior leadership role managing complex, large-scale IT projects.
- Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required or strongly preferred. Additional certifications such as Program Management Professional (PgMP) or ITIL are considered a strong plus.
- Technical Acumen: A strong, comprehensive understanding of system administration, network management, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
- Standout Qualification: Proven experience in the development and/or implementation of payment systems, specifically those involving fund transfers with clearing and/or final settlement functions.
