In the last quarter alone, Flatlands was responsible for over 15% of all building permit applications and technical drawings within our project category in the Netherlands — entirely powered by BIM.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM-based architectural modeling
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and solid understanding of BIM workflows
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Experience with international projects and adaptability to different cultures is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural models in line with BIM standards and project-specific requirements
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordination and integration
• Contribute to international projects, particularly in the Netherlands
• Optimize design workflows by leveraging BIM tools and methodologies
• Work remotely within a professional and innovative environment
