The Role
We’re looking for a People Services Analyst to join our People & Culture team on a fixed-term basis (13 month parental leave cover)
This role is a critical enabler of scalable and data-driven people operations focusing on optimising people systems, delivering core operational activities, and generating insights to drive continuous improvement and decisions across the employee lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
People Services Delivery
- Provide high-quality support across employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, changes, offboarding)
- Manage employee queries and resolve issues through shared services channels
- Prepare employment contracts and employee documentation
People Systems & Optimisation
- Act as a subject-matter expert for HR systems and platforms
- Identify and implement system and process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience
Data, Reporting & Insights
- Deliver accurate and timely people reporting
- Strengthen HR reporting and analytics – maintain and enhance dashboards
- Analyse workforce data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Drive process simplification, automation and digital solutions (including AI)
- Champion the adopting of new technologies
- Contribute to people, system and experience improvement initiatives
What You’ll Bring
- A genuine love for pets
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience in a People Services/HR Operations role
- Experience supporting or administering HRIS or People Systems
- Reporting and analytical capability
