Caffeol Coffee is looking for a Coffee Shop Manager who lives and breathes coffee — from green bean to finished cup. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can run a floor, develop a menu, and hold the standard on every drink that goes out.
What You'll Do
- Manage daily café operations and lead the front-of-house team
- Oversee drink preparation and maintain consistent quality standards
- Conduct cupping sessions and contribute to coffee quality evaluation
- Support and oversee roasting operations as needed
- Develop and update the drink menu with creative, market-relevant offerings
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint
- Handle inventory, ordering, and supplier coordination
- Report on café performance and contribute to operational improvements
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a barista and café or coffee shop manager
- Strong cupping skills and sensory evaluation experience
- Familiarity with roasting processes
- Drink mixing and menu development experience
- Excellent leadership and team management ability
- High standards for customer service
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for specialty coffee
