THE ROLE
Off-White is looking for an experienced and solution-focused Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you will be part of the Customer Service team, managing the full order-to-delivery lifecycle for our sportswear line, from order entry to final delivery, and engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth order management and operational flow.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage clear and professional communication with wholesale customers
- Handle order amendments and updates based on customer requests
- Manage payment-related requests and follow-up activities
- Coordinate after-sales requests from wholesale customers
- Monitor the full order lifecycle, from order entry through to final delivery
- Ensure accurate order status updates and shipment monitoring across all stages
- Support the invoicing process and related documentation management
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth progress of the order-to-delivery flow
- Support the preparation of shipping documentation required for order dispatch
- Monitor delivery performance and contribute to the resolution of operational issues
WHO YOU ARE
- 4+ years of experience in customer service or order management within the fashion or luxury industry
- Strong understanding of the wholesale order-to-delivery process
- Great Excel skills with the ability to interpret data and produce reports
- Great communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships with cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English and Italian, written and spoken
- Strong team player with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and ever-changing environment
WHAT WE OFFER
- Annual salary range: €30,000 – €35,000, depending on experience
