Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and driven IT/OT Project Manager to lead and manage complex computerized system migration processes within an integrated IT/OT environment. The successful candidate will drive system integration, manage technical documentation, monitor project progress, and mitigate risks within a highly regulated GxP environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Lifecycle Management: Lead IT/OT projects from the initial characterization and planning stages through to execution, delivery, and initial support.
- Systems Integration: Drive the integration of diverse systems, infrastructures, and technologies, including manufacturing systems, laboratory systems, servers, OT, support systems, and enterprise applications.
- Planning & Execution: Define timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets; ensure ongoing project progress aligns with the established plan.
- Monitoring & Risk Management: Conduct continuous monitoring of project status, identify bottlenecks and risks early, and spearhead corrective actions.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate extensively with diverse stakeholders, including IT, OT, Manufacturing, QA, Engineering, external vendors, and global entities.
- Reporting: Prepare and present periodic progress reports to management and stakeholders.
- Compliance & Validation: Support validation processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage all required project documentation according to organizational and industry standards.
- Architecture Awareness: Utilize knowledge of computerized system architecture to guide technical decisions.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in managing multi-interface IT/OT projects.
- Integration Expertise: Demonstrated experience in managing the integration of multiple systems and technologies.
- Documentation Skills: Proficient in preparing technical documents, reports, validation protocols, and managing complex project documentation.
- Leadership: Strong ability to lead, influence, and motivate cross-functional teams and stakeholders without direct authority.
- Analytical Thinking: High level of systemic vision and process-oriented thinking.
- Language: High proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a regulated environment (GMP/GxP).
- Experience working with global teams and managing external vendors.
