As a Digital Forms Specialist, you will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement of Mercedes-Benz website forms across European markets. You will work with internal O2O platforms, CMS tools such as AEM and Contentful, and Salesforce-related processes to ensure that all forms are technically accurate, fully functional, and aligned with business, brand, and data quality requirements.

You will act as the first point of support for markets on website form-related topics, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on incidents and tickets, and contribute to the standardization and optimization of form implementation processes across the European web ecosystem.

What Success Looks Like in This Role

Reporting directly to the Digital Channels & Content Team Lead, the Digital Forms Specialist successfully manages the technical implementation and quality assurance of Mercedes-Benz website forms across European markets.

Success in this role means that website forms are implemented accurately, tested thoroughly, monitored consistently, and standardized across markets. The specialist ensures that forms function correctly, data is captured and routed properly, issues are identified and resolved efficiently, and market stakeholders receive reliable first-level support.

The role contributes to a seamless digital customer experience by ensuring that all website forms are technically stable, compliant, user-friendly, and aligned with internal platform and business requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in digital marketing, preferably with exposure to website operations, web design, or digital customer journeys.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Digital Media, IT, or a related field.
  • Advanced English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Experience working with website content management systems, preferably AEM. Experience with Contentful is considered an advantage.
  • Good understanding of website structure and digital platform workflows.
  • Experience working with ticketing systems and CRM-related tools is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics, website KPIs, lead generation flows, and data quality.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify technical or functional inconsistencies.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across markets, internal teams, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, and maintain website forms across European Mercedes-Benz web pages.
  • Work with internal O2O platform, CMS environments such as AEM / Contentful, and Salesforce-related processes.
  • Build and adapt website forms based on market requirements, business needs, and technical specifications.
  • Perform end-to-end testing of website forms, including field validation, submission flows, error handling, consent logic, confirmation messages, and data routing.
  • Ensure that form submissions are correctly captured, processed, and transferred to the relevant systems, including Salesforce where applicable.
  • Provide first-level support to European markets for website form-related questions, incidents, and troubleshooting topics.
  • Monitor form performance, submission behavior, and data quality to identify issues, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, platform owners, CRM teams, and market stakeholders on critical issues, tickets, and escalations.
  • Support quality checks and standardization of website forms across multiple European markets.
  • Ensure that all implemented forms follow internal standards, technical requirements, and data protection rules.
  • Support new rollouts, platform updates, and process improvements related to website forms.
  • Maintain clear documentation of form setups, changes, testing results, known issues, and implementation status.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of form implementation, monitoring, and troubleshooting processes.
