We're looking for an ambitious, German-speaking Business & Recruitment Manager (0–5 years experience) who wants to learn fast, take ownership, and grow alongside the company.
This role is designed for future business leaders.
🎯 Your mission:
🔹 50% Business Development
• Prospect and develop new business opportunities
• Build relationships with decision-makers across pharma, biotech, medtech and chemistry
• Attend client meetings, industry events and networking opportunities
• Help drive Inova's growth across Switzerland and Europe
🔹 30% Recruitment
• Identify and engage top consulting talent
• Build and maintain a strong candidate network
• Manage recruitment processes from sourcing to hiring
🔹 20% Project & Client Management
• Support ongoing consulting assignments
• Coordinate consultants and client needs
• Help ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction
We're looking for someone who:
✔ Loves meeting new people and building relationships
✔ Is naturally curious, energetic and proactive
✔ Has strong commercial instincts
✔ Enjoys prospecting and opening new doors
✔ Wants to grow quickly in a high-performance environment
✔ Speaks fluent German and English
🎓 BSc or MSc in Business, Engineering, Technology or a related field
