The opportunity
We're looking for a motivated and capable Administration Support Officer to join our team with solid administration experience. This is a dynamic, frontline role where no two days are the same. You'll be at the heart of our community spaces, helping ensure they remain welcoming, safe, and well run for everyone who uses them.

We offer a supportive and collaborative team environment where you'll have opportunities to grow and develop your skills. As part of a team delivering important services to the community, you'll also gain exposure to exciting upcoming projects, including the new Southern Suburbs Community Centre and Library, opening in 2027 and planning for facilities and developments in the West Dapto area, giving you the chance to be part of the future of community infrastructure.
This is a permanent full time 35 hour per week position. Salary from : $82,345 per annum, plus superannuation (Salary package will be assessed based on skills, experience and qualifications). A minimum increase of 3.25% to the salary from 1 July 2026 in accordance with Council's Enterprise Agreement.

You'll join a small, supportive team working closely together in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This is an on-site, customer-facing role working standard hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm, with a strong focus on teamwork and shared responsibility.
