The Opportunity
Workplace Relations is responsible for management, advice and insight on employee and industrial relations matters relating to the College’s operations, including through lenses of strategic execution, governance, risk management, operational excellence and commercial discipline.
In collaboration with the Executive Director People Culture and Communication will lead the review, design and implement changes to the industrial relations framework including through enterprise bargaining to deliver to the College strategic objectives.
