Key Responsibilities

  • Support HRBPs in partnering with business teams, including coordinating departmental meetings and following up on post-meeting action items.
  • Assist in the execution and administration of employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, probation confirmation, transfers, and offboarding.
  • Maintain and update HR information systems, including employee records, organizational charts, headcount reports, and other HR databases.
  • Support the collection, consolidation, analysis, and reporting of HR data, providing regular reports and insights to support business decisions.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR programs and initiatives related to performance management, learning and development, talent management, employee engagement, and organizational culture.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of HR projects and day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Sociology, or related disciplines.
  • Strong interest in HRBP and business-oriented HR functions, with a desire to understand business operations and organizational dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong logical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Responsive, responsible, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Familiar with Feishu (Lark) collaboration tools, including Bitable (multi-dimensional tables), is preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn HR processes, systems, and business operations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous internship or project experience in Human Resources, Administration, Operations, or related functions.
  • Experience working with HR systems, employee databases, or reporting tools is a plus.
  • Passion for people development, organizational effectiveness, and business partnering.
