Are you passionate about connecting people with the right opportunities and building strong talent pipelines? Our client is expanding and is looking for a Candidate Manager with proven recruitment experience in blue-collar, trades, construction, manufacturing, logistics, and ideally mechanical, engineering, and electrical industries.

✨ Responsibilities

In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires. You will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines and ensuring a positive candidate experience across high-volume and specialist roles.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
  • Source candidates through databases, social media, networking, and employee referrals
  • Recruit across blue-collar, trades, construction, manufacturing, logistics, mechanical, electrical, and engineering roles
  • Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews
  • Coordinate and participate in interviews, providing feedback and recommendations
  • Manage candidate communications to ensure a smooth, professional recruitment process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS
  • Grow candidate pipelines in specific locations and job titles
  • Tag and categorise candidates and clients accurately
  • Perform data entry and database maintenance
  • Research client points of contact and update internal systems
  • Stay up to date with recruitment trends and best practices

✨ Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR/recruitment role
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting for blue-collar, trades, construction, manufacturing, or logistics roles
  • Experience recruiting within mechanical, electrical, or engineering sectors is highly regarded
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies
