Appointment Setter / Business Development (Cold Calling & Lead Generation)

We’re looking for a high-energy Appointment Setter / Business Development Representative to drive outbound cold calling and appointment scheduling. This role is all about opening doors — identifying potential partners, introducing Club Feast, and booking meetings for our sales team.

What You’ll Do
- Cold Call: Proactively call business prospects across industries to introduce Club Feast
- Set Appointments: Secure qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives
- Outbound Prospecting: Use phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate pipeline
- Tailored Messaging: Adjust outreach based on client needs and industries
- CRM Tracking: Log all activity and leads accurately in HubSpot
- Grow Your Career: Receive coaching and mentorship toward a closing role
Requirements
- Outbound Sales Experience: 1–2+ years in cold calling, telesales, or appointment setting
- Proven Results: History of booking meetings and hitting activity targets
- Strong Communication: Excellent spoken and written English
- Work Discipline: Organized, motivated, and reliable working remotely in US hours
- CRM Knowledge: Experience with HubSpot or similar platforms
Preferred
- Background in food delivery, hospitality, or SaaS
- Experience with sales dialers, outreach platforms, or high-volume calling
