In this role, you’ll be at the center of our high-volume call center operations—helping customers navigate warranty claims, ensuring smooth communication with repair facilities, and delivering the kind of service that keeps drivers confident on the road.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle inbound calls and assist customers with warranty service claims.
- Review, process, and analyze automotive repair claims with accuracy and efficiency pertaining to our contract guidelines.
- Collaborate with repair facilities to gather details, resolve discrepancies, and authorize repairs.
- Provide knowledgeable, professional, and friendly support to customers throughout the claims process.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Must have automotive service, repair, and mechanical diagnostic knowledge. (This role is processing claims for mechanical warranties/service contracts).
- Previous experience in automotive service or warranty claims.
- Experience as an automotive service advisor is preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills—both on the phone and in writing.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
- Detail-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative setting.
- Eager to learn and grow within a dynamic company.
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) is a plus.

Schedule:
On-Site in Parsippany, NJ (for local applicants)
9AM - 5:30PM

10:30AM - 7PM EST (West Coast applicants welcome)
Hourly Compensation:
$28 - 36/HR depending on experience
Full-Time - 40 Hours Guaranteed
