Role Overview:

Risha Control Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer / Assistant Manager – Sales to drive business growth across industrial, infrastructure, commercial, and automation sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, understanding technical requirements, preparing techno-commercial proposals, and supporting order closure activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities across industrial and commercial sectors.
  • Develop and manage target accounts within manufacturing, infrastructure, energy, and EPC segments.
  • Conduct cold calling, client meetings, site visits, and technical presentations.
  • Track upcoming projects and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Understand customer requirements and coordinate with engineering teams for solution development.
  • Prepare and support techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
  • Assist in commercial negotiations and order closure.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business.
  • Coordinate with design, production, and project execution teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support payment collection and follow-up activities.

  • Ability to confidently engage in technical discussions with clients.

Travel Requirements:

Extensive travel within Delhi NCR and surrounding regions for client meetings and site visits.
