Description

We are seeking a reliable Sales Support Specialist to provide day-to-day Sales & Administrative support :

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Management: Process incoming sales orders, track shipments, and manage billing/invoicing
  • Customer Support: Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries regarding pricing, product availability, and delivery schedules.
  • CRM & Data Maintenance: Update and maintain accurate case records in the company CRM system
  • Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly sales reports to assist the commercial team
  • Administrative Support: Provide efficient administrative support to the sales team ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Economics or Business Administration field
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office
  • Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek and English (CPE required)
  • Soft Skills: Ability to taking initiatives, to work collaboratively and respectfully with the rest of team
