Parish Leadership Coach
Employment Type: Permanent Full-time (with the possibility of part-time for the right candidate). Possible option for WFH flexibility in the future once trained. Due to the nature of the role, some weekend work or afternoon/evening work required aligned with Parish needs.
Remuneration: Competitive salary in line with the Archdiocesan pay scale.

About the Role
Archdiocesan Ministries, the Archdiocesan agency dedicated to the mission of the Church, is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to join our Parish Leadership team. Our mission is to work with, inspire, and empower the Archdiocese of Brisbane to encounter Jesus and live the joy of the Gospel, drawing strongly from Pope Francis' Evangelii Gaudium. As a key member of our Parish Leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in helping parishes grow as vibrant communities of missionary disciples.
