Clairea AI is a Melbourne-based AI consultancy helping Australian businesses adopt AI in ways that are practical and stick. We run hands-on training, scope and deliver AI solutions, and partner with clients to find where AI genuinely moves the needle. We're growing, and this is an early hire with real scope to shape the role and grow with the business.
About the role
You'll work directly with the founder across both sides of what we do: training teams to use AI well, and delivering the consulting work that sits behind it. One week you might be running a workshop for a client's marketing team, the next you're scoping an AI roadmap or building a proof of concept. It suits someone who likes variety, enjoys client contact, and wants to build rather than just advise.
What you'll do
- Run AI workshops and training sessions for client teams across different functions
- Design and build training content, exercises and supporting materials
- Support consulting engagements: AI audits, roadmaps, scoping and recommendations
- Help deliver client solutions, from simple automations to proofs of concept
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout
What you'll bring
- Hands-on, daily experience with AI tools, and a habit of keeping up with what's new
- Confidence presenting to clients and groups, and a knack for making complex ideas simple
- A practical, delivery-focused approach: comfortable building, not just talking
- Strong communication and the ability to work independently
- Comfort with the ambiguity of an early-stage business where the role will evolve
Nice to have
- Experience in training, facilitation, consulting or client-facing delivery
- Exposure to AI implementation, automation or solution building
- A background in a relevant field such as data, technology, marketing or operations
