Position: Business Development Executive (BDE) - Intern

Location: Work From Home (WFH)

Employment Type: Internship / OJT (On-the-Job Training) leading to Full-Time Opportunity

OJT / Probation Duration: 6 Months

Stipend: USD 500 – 1,500 per Month (Performance-Based)

PPO Opportunity: Successful candidates may receive a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) with monthly salary of ranging from USD 1000 to 3000 based on performance during the first 6-month OJT/Probation period.

About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and result-oriented business development executives who can drive sales growth for our software products and custom software development services.

The ideal candidate should possess strong lead generation skills, expertise in client acquisition, knowledge of online bidding platforms, and the ability to convert prospects into long-term customers. This is a performance-driven role where your growth, earnings, and future opportunities will directly depend on your ability to generate revenue and achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation

  • Generate qualified leads through both organic and inorganic channels.
  • Research and identify potential clients requiring software solutions.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email campaigns, social media, networking, and other lead generation methods.

Bidding & Project Acquisition

  • Actively work on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, and similar marketplaces.
  • Identify suitable projects and submit winning proposals.
  • Communicate with prospective clients and understand project requirements.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to prepare estimates and proposals.

Client Communication & Sales

  • Conduct meetings, product demonstrations, and requirement-gathering sessions.
  • Present software products and custom development services effectively.
  • Build trust with business owners, startups, SMEs, and enterprise clients.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Revenue Generation

  • Drive product sales and service-based business opportunities.
  • Meet assigned monthly sales and business development targets.
  • Contribute directly to company growth and revenue generation.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Maintain daily activity reports.
  • Update CRM and sales records regularly.
  • Submit weekly and monthly performance reports.

Required Skills

Sales & Business Development

  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and business development processes.
  • Experience in lead generation through multiple channels.
  • Knowledge of software products, IT services, and custom development projects.
  • Proposal writing and negotiation skills.

Communication Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and persuasion abilities.
  • Confidence in interacting with founders, business owners, and decision-makers.

Technical Understanding

  • Basic understanding of websites, mobile applications, software development, AI solutions, ERP systems, and digital products.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management platforms is an advantage.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Any graduate, MBA, BBA, B.Com, B.Tech, MCA, or equivalent qualification.
  • Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior experience in sales, business development, freelancing, client acquisition, or bidding platforms will be an added advantage.

Performance Policy

Monthly Sales Target: Standard Monthly Product Sales Goal: 20 Product Sales

Minimum Performance Requirement: A minimum of 08 successful product sales per month is mandatory to qualify for payout eligibility.

Performance-Based Benefits

  • Candidates achieving target milestones will be eligible for stipend payouts, incentives, growth opportunities, and PPO consideration.
  • Candidates consistently exceeding targets may receive higher PPO packages and leadership opportunities.

Zero Performance Clause

  • This is a completely performance-based role.
  • Candidates with zero sales, zero conversions, or no measurable contribution towards business generation may not be eligible for stipends, incentives, continuation, or PPO benefits.
