Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for Sales & Client Service professionals. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, addressing inquiries, processing service requests, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include providing financial solutions in alignment with client needs, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with the team to achieve goals. Success in the role requires proactive communication and a client-focused approach to service and sales.

Qualifications

  • Having an LLQP certification is a major asset (we will help candidates to obtain their LLQP)
  • Proficiency in Client and Customer Service to ensure excellent support for clients
  • Strong Communication skills and a proven ability to build relationships and foster trust with clients
  • Experience with Customer Satisfaction strategies and resolving customer inquiries promptly
  • Knowledge of Finance-related products and providing customized solutions
  • Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Prior experience in sales or service-related roles is a plus
