Main job duties and responsibilities:

  • Prepare the road map of the sportswear/ uniform and collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure they are informed about all the milestones.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering regarding the new facilities and maintenance for existing clubs.
  • Support in the implementation of the new Sports facilities in the new clubs in coordination with the Engineering sector.
  • Prepare the financial cashflow of sportswear with the responsible of sports financial.
  • Collect the required quantities of the sportswear / uniform of the following year from sports technical directors and sports managers.
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure the ease of the ordering process of the sportswear and uniform for sports sector.
  • Oversee the stocks related to sports in the warehouses and make sure of the needed quantities in the warehouses.
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders to transfer all items related to sports from club to club.
  • Prepare weekly report on the sportswear sales.
  • Oversee and make sure of the process of selling / distributing of the sportswear/uniform.
  • Make sure the logos are printed on all the sportswear and uniforms if needed with its required specifications based on sports technical directors’ opinions.
  • Make sure of the delivery and distribution of sportswear / uniform for academies and
  • Analyze and magnify the related insights of the sportswear and uniforms to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the related decisions taken from management.
  • Secure related partnership deals with different stakeholders.
  • Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the main frame of the job’s specialty.

Job requirements:

Educational background and previous experience:

  • Equivalent bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in related field.
  • Strong sports knowledge.

Knowledge and Functional Skills:

  • Good MS Office Applications knowledge.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Presentation skills
