RJC has partnered with a leading European energy trader to appoint a senior IT trading manager to support a major multi-year technology transformation and systems enhancement programme across FO-BO.

You'll be responsible for ensuring the ETRM architecture and wider trading technology landscape effectively support the end-to-end trading lifecycle across Power, Gas, Oil and Certificates. Provide strategic leadership across trading technology initiatives, translating business objectives into technology roadmaps and delivery programmes.

Candidates should have a proven track record of leading large technology organisations (30+ FTEs), delivering enterprise-scale trading technology change, and engaging with senior business and IT stakeholders. Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and the ability to bridge the gap between trading operations and technology are essential.

Location: Germany (requires relocation)

Total Compensation: €200,000-€225,000
