Academic Qualification
Graduation from any reputed university. MBA preferred.

Required Capabilities
Strong understanding of telecom business; understanding of subscriber, usage, sales with ability to leverage analytics and AI
Deep knowledge of channel structures (distribution houses, retail, field force), trade incentives, territory productivity, and compliance mechanisms
Expertise in KPI design, target setting, performance benchmarking, and linking performance outcomes to reward and improvement interventions
Solid grasp of revenue drivers, trade expenditure, ROI tracking, and budget governance within sales and distribution operations
Knowledge of governance frameworks and process discipline to ensure transparency, risk mitigation, and operational integrity across the ecosystem
Experience in working with different analytical and AI applications.
