Job Description

  • Lead the strategic design and execution of enterprise-wide Sales & Distribution performance management frameworks aligned with organizational growth objectives.
  • Drive KPI governance across sales, distribution, and channel operations through advanced productivity benchmarking, performance analytics, and actionable business insights.
  • Spearhead the development of AI/ML-driven analytics models to forecast sales trends, identify growth opportunities, detect operational anomalies, and support data-driven decision making.
  • Establish real-time management dashboards and automated reporting ecosystems to enhance visibility, accelerate decision-making, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead sales and distribution governance initiatives by implementing standardized processes, compliance frameworks, audit mechanisms, and risk control measures across the channel network.
  • Drive strategic financial planning, budgeting, and ROI optimization for sales and distribution investments, incentives, and trade spend to ensure sustainable business performance.
  • Partner with cross-functional leadership teams to transform complex business data into strategic recommendations that improve revenue growth, operational excellence, and customer reach.
  • Build and lead a high-performing analytics and governance team by fostering capability development, continuous learning, accountability, and a data-driven performance culture.

Academic Qualification

  • Graduation from any reputed university. MBA preferred.

Job Experience Required

  • 10+ years of experience

Required Capabilities

  • Strong understanding of telecom business; understanding of subscriber, usage, sales with ability to leverage analytics and AI
  • Deep knowledge of channel structures (distribution houses, retail, field force), trade incentives, territory productivity, and compliance mechanisms
  • Expertise in KPI design, target setting, performance benchmarking, and linking performance outcomes to reward and improvement interventions
  • Solid grasp of revenue drivers, trade expenditure, ROI tracking, and budget governance within sales and distribution operations
  • Knowledge of governance frameworks and process discipline to ensure transparency, risk mitigation, and operational integrity across the ecosystem
  • Experience in working with different analytical and AI applications.
