Overview
At Hydro Energy Group, we connect world-class offshore energy professionals with global projects across renewables, oil & gas, and subsea sectors. We are seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our Plymouth office and support our continued growth.
The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will take ownership of the candidate lifecycle, sourcing and placing skilled offshore professionals into global projects. Working closely with Account Managers and the Engagement team, you will ensure high-quality delivery to key clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full 360 recruitment process from sourcing to placement
- Build and develop talent pools across offshore energy disciplines
- Identify, qualify, and engage high-calibre candidates
- Collaborate with Account Managers on client delivery
- Maintain CRM data and pipeline visibility
- Support onboarding and candidate experience
- Provide market insights to the wider business
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment, resourcing, or sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Driven, organised, and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in offshore energy or technical markets
