Dialysis Nurse Manager (30-minute Virtual Interview)

The Clinician Exchange (TCX) is a clinical concierge organization that delivers tailored commercial solutions for the medical technology industry, both nationally and internationally. We empower medtech companies by helping them connect with their markets, demonstrate product value, and ultimately ensure that life-saving medicines reach the patients who need them. Our work includes supporting medtech sales efforts to physicians and providing nurse educators to guide patients and prescribers.

We are currently seeking dedicated and actively working Dialysis Nurse Manager to participate in a paid 30-minute virtual individual interview.

Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years experience
• Experience in outpatient dialysis settings, including DCI, ARA, Innovative Renal Care, or U.S. Renal Care
• Ability to articulate thoughts and opinions clearly.
• Does not work/consult for (or have a direct family member who works/consults for) a medtech company
• Willing to complete a 15-minute virtual prescreening interview prior to confirmation

Interview Format:

• A 30-minute remote, one-on-one interview.
• Conducted via a secure video conferencing platform (requires reliable Wi-Fi and video capability).
• Sessions will take place between June 2 to 19, 2026

Compensation: An honorarium will be provided upon completion.
