CSN Sports is expanding nationally, and we're looking for connected, driven individuals to join our team as Field Agents.

If you have a strong network in your local baseball community and want to build a flexible income stream in the sport you already love, this could be a great fit.

About CSN Sports

CSN Sports helps high school baseball players navigate the college recruiting process through recruiting guidance, technology, coach outreach, and athlete development.

Your Role

• Build relationships with high school and travel baseball coaches in your area
• Identify and refer talented athletes to CSN's recruiting program
• Represent CSN Sports at tournaments, showcases, and local events
• Educate players and parents on the recruiting process and our services
• Track referrals and outreach inside our CRM

Compensation

💰 10%–20% Commission

Earn commission on athletes you sign or refer into CSN's recruiting program. High performers build significant recurring monthly income.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong local baseball/softball network
• Coaching, scouting, or playing background is a plus
• Self-motivated and relationship-driven
• Comfortable working events and showcases
• Sales experience is a plus but not required
