Your role

You are the driving force behind your own product portfolio, sourcing medical consumables, devices, or pharmaceuticals on a global scale. In a dynamic and purpose-driven environment, you combine commercial insight with strategic thinking to build strong supplier partnerships and deliver real impact.

Your decisions directly contribute to strengthening healthcare systems and supporting humanitarian efforts across the globe.

What you’ll do

• Source products internationally and secure the best commercial terms
• Build, manage, and continuously improve your product portfolio
• Analyze markets, benchmark suppliers, and identify opportunities
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts
• Monitor and improve supplier performance
• Ensure product documentation and dossiers are accurate and up to date
• Advise internal teams on market trends and product developments
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance
• Contribute to continuous improvement and smarter ways of working

Who you are

You are commercially driven, proactive, and confident in taking ownership. You thrive in an international environment and know how to balance strategy with execution.

You bring:

• A university or HBO-level qualification
• At least 5 years of experience in procurement
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness
• Preferably knowledge of medical consumables or pharmaceuticals

You are:

• Entrepreneurial and results-driven
• A strong communicator and relationship builder
• Analytical and structured
• Independent, yet a true team player
• Open-minded and supportive towards colleagues
