Main tasks:

· Targets accounts for business development.

· Engages and nurtures customer relationships, utilizing face-to-face or virtual meetings.

· Presents company services, products, and value propositions effectively.

· Manages complete sales cycle, from identification to closing deals.

· Ensures alignment with Leschaco’s standards and customer requirements.

· Monitors and adapts to market changes and competitor strategies.

· Collaborates with internal teams on product development and performance management.

· Responsible for revenue growth, profitability, and meeting sales quality standards.

· Works closely with Local Head of Sales and internal stakeholders.

· Requires customer centricity, strategic thinking, and effective networking skills.

Required years of professional experience:

· Graduated University/ College, from at least 3 years’ experience in Sales/ Field Sales of logistics industry

· Can communicate in English
