The Details:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Work with manager to execute strategy for paid social and affiliate marketing channels according to business KPIs and YOY growth goals
  • Analyze performance and data of managed channels on an ongoing basis to ensure optimal performance
  • A/B test creative and bid strategies
  • Create relevant advertising audiences using 1st and 3rd party data
  • Support social commerce and shoppable content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, etc.
  • Partner with new affiliates, review & approve applications, and cultivate relationships w/ existing ones
  • Create reports and documents that track and provide critical feedback regarding the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, activities, and promotions
  • Leverage platform automation and AI-driven tools (e.g., Advantage+, Performance Max) to scale and optimize campaigns
  • Implement marketing pixels and product feeds, including server-side tracking and conversion APIs
  • Build basic ad creative from our lifestyle image and video library using Photoshop, Canva, and/or CapCut optimized for performance (logo application, on-screen text cues, overlays, hooks, resizing for placements)
  • Source influencer assets for use in paid ads and coordinate cross-functionally with the Influencer Relations team to confirm usage rights
  • Propose creative testing strategies, monitor ads to identify top and underperforming creative, and contribute to creative performance reporting shared with Brand Marketing stakeholders
  • Create and maintain product sets across paid social platforms to power catalog-based ads
  • Build campaign-specific landing pages as needed to support ad performance

Required competencies:

  • Passion for performance marketing and fashion
  • Comfortable working with data and turning campaign metrics into actionable optimizations
  • A strong eye for imagery and a sense for which visuals will perform well as paid ad creative
  • Ability to partner with Influencer Relations, Brand Marketing, and other creative stakeholders to source, edit, and report on ad assets

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong Microsoft Office/Excel skills
  • Basic knowledge of marketing attribution platforms such as Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of premium and luxury fashion brands
  • E-commerce apparel experience a plus
  • Familiarity with self-serve ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Pinterest Ads, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of creative tools such as Photoshop, Canva, and CapCut, with the ability to produce on-brand ad creative from existing assets
  • Experience editing short-form video for direct response (hooks, captions, on-screen text)
  • Familiarity with managing product catalogs/feeds for paid social

A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly range is $75,000- $90,000 per year.
