Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Aarong's Learning & Development strategy, competency frameworks, learning pathways, and capability-building initiatives aligned with business objectives and workforce requirements
- Oversee the end-to-end design, implementation, and continuous improvement of learning programs, including onboarding, functional, behavioral, leadership, and digital learning interventions across all business units
- Drive learning innovation through the adoption of digital learning platforms, AI-enabled tools, blended learning methodologies, and scalable learning solutions to enhance employee development and accessibility
- Partner with business leaders, HR teams, and key stakeholders to identify capability gaps, provide strategic learning solutions, and foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing
- Lead, coach, and develop the Learning & Development team while strengthening internal facilitation capabilities, learning governance, and external partnerships with training providers and institutions
- Establish and monitor learning effectiveness metrics, training analytics, and ROI measures, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership for continuous improvement and business impact
Safeguarding Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation
- Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
- Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
- Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so
Qualifications:
Education:
- A Graduate from any reputed university
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong track record of motivating and developing a team of L&D professionals
- Proven self-starter with the ability to create and implement a vision
- Proven ability across all aspects of the learning cycle, with strong experience in the development and implementation of career journeys, competency frameworks and other organizational development interventions
- Commercially focused with a track record of delivering learning interventions that have had a measurable impact on business results;
- Coaching, mentoring, and feedback skills.
- Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
