Co-Founder, Go-to-Market

NodeLoom

United States

Description

Remote · founding equity only (no salary for now)

Company Description

NodeLoom is the runtime control plane for AI agents in production, enabling enterprises to safely deploy autonomous agents across customer workflows, internal tools, and automated pipelines. The platform operates at the infrastructure and kernel level to intercept every agent action, evaluate it against policy, and decide in real time whether it should be permitted.

Engineering and security teams use NodeLoom to enforce what AI agents can do, monitor behavior, detect drift, and automatically generate cryptographic audit trails and compliance reports for frameworks such as SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, PCI DSS, and SOX. NodeLoom offers SDKs in Python, TypeScript, Java, and Go, supports discovery across AWS, GCP, GitHub Actions, and MCP servers, and provides runtime guardrails powered by advanced detection methods.

The company is a Delaware C Corporation founded in San Francisco.

Role Description

As Co-Founder, Go-to-Market, you will own and drive NodeLoom's commercial strategy from the ground up, working closely with the founding team to define positioning, messaging, and target market segments. This full-time, on-site role in San Francisco, CA involves leading outbound and inbound sales motions, building and managing a pipeline of security and engineering leaders, running demos, and iterating on pricing and packaging.

You will conduct customer discovery and market research, translate feedback into product requirements, and collaborate with engineering on roadmap priorities. Day to day, you will develop and test GTM experiments, create sales and marketing collateral, represent NodeLoom at industry events, and build early partnerships with cloud, security, and AI ecosystems. You will also help shape the company's culture, recruit early GTM teammates, and contribute to fundraising conversations with investors and advisors.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and research abilities to understand customer needs, evaluate market opportunities, and inform product and GTM decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, create compelling narratives, and represent the company externally.
  • Proven sales experience, ideally in early-stage B2B SaaS or security/AI infrastructure, including building pipeline, running discovery, and closing complex deals.
  • Marketing and go-to-market strategy skills, including positioning, messaging, experiment design, and collaboration on campaigns and content.
  • Experience working closely with technical teams and comfort engaging with topics such as cloud infrastructure, security, or AI/ML tools.
  • High ownership mindset, ability to thrive in ambiguity, and willingness to take on both strategic and hands-on execution work.
  • Prior startup or founding experience is strongly preferred; experience in developer tools, security, or AI/ML infrastructure is a strong plus.

The Deal

This is a co-founder seat, not a salaried hire. Compensation is equity only for now — meaningful founding equity in a Delaware C Corp with a clean cap table and no baggage. Cash compensation comes once we raise. If you need a salary from day one, this isn't the right fit yet, and that's okay.

What you get instead is a real say in direction and a technical co-founder who has already shipped a product that works. This is an on-site role in San Francisco — I want a partner in the room, not on a calendar.

If this is the problem you want to spend the next few years on, reach out with a line or two on what you've sold and to whom.
