Freelance Post Producer

Job Summary

Team Win Studios is looking for a freelance post producer to work with our fast-growing team. Looking for a highly organized team player with experience at a small or mid-size agency. Creative agency experience is required.

Additionally must be an expert in post-production workflows, editor management, vendor management, and pixel perfect delivery. .

We want a motivated leader to keep an incredible group of post production professionals on task, schedule, and budget. This person will work alongside our creative team to understand their creative vision, and relay input and feedback to our editorial, graphics, vfx, sound and other specialty teams. They will assimilate into the current Post Production team and will be shown tools, process, and procedures by our Sr. Post Producer.

We are looking for someone who works efficiently, keeps the teams on track, has a great eye for details in video work and has a positive attitude. This job is approximately 40 hours per month to start but is anticipated to grow into a full-time freelance position.

Responsibilities

• Assist with post-budgeting ahead of the job, including team and hours allocations
• Briefing editorial teams on the creative vision and expectations of the project
• Develop and manage post-production schedules
• Quality control of all assets including edits, VFX, graphics, sound, and final deliverables
• Communicating with the clients on deadlines, needed input materials, and expectations on deliverables
• Ensuring on time deliveries
• Review all out-going assets to ensure they are meeting client feedback and specifications

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a post-production experience in agency or production company
• Knowledge of working within Google applications
• Experience QCing work
• Experience establishing thoughtful workflows for the team
