We are looking for a Talent Partner to join our remote US-based team.
As a Talent Partner, you will be the bridge between our clients and top-tier talent, working closely with both sides to ensure high-quality matches that drive long-term success. You’ll use OutScout’s platform and data alongside your market knowledge, recruitment expertise, and relationship-building skills to deliver an outstanding hiring experience.
Key elements of the role:
- Partner with hiring managers, founders, and executives to understand their business goals, team needs, and role requirements across GTM, operations, finance, engineering, and product roles
- Build and manage strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, and leveraging OutScout’s proprietary platform.
- Kicking off searches quickly, efficiently, and accurately.
- Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to clients on talent availability, competitive benchmarking, and hiring strategies.
- Guide candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, from first conversation to offer acceptance, ensuring a transparent and positive experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a recruiter. Ideally, 1-4 years of recruiting experience, either in-house or at an agency.
- Strong understanding of the tech landscape, emerging skills, and talent market trends.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for helping companies scale and candidates grow their careers.
- Ability to manage multiple searches and client relationships simultaneously while maintaining high quality.
- Previous experience supporting startups, scaleups, or enterprise customers is a strong plus.
