Role Overview
Edunet Foundation is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Program Manager to lead large-scale skilling and employability programs. The role involves stakeholder management, program execution, team leadership, reporting, and ensuring successful achievement of program objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Management
- Build and manage relationships with government bodies, academic institutions, industry partners, sponsors, and internal teams.
- Coordinate with colleges, universities, and institutional SPOCs for smooth program implementation.
- Share regular program updates, reports, and impact metrics.
Program Execution
- Lead end-to-end program implementation and delivery.
- Monitor timelines, milestones, risks, and program outcomes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
Team Management
- Manage Program Coordinators, Trainers, Placement Officers, and project teams.
- Conduct regular reviews, provide guidance, and drive team performance.
Reporting & Documentation
- Track program KPIs and prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Present program performance updates to management and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate project documentation.
Outreach & Branding
- Support outreach, engagement, and branding activities.
- Promote program success stories and impact narratives.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Science, Management, or related field.
- MBA/MSW/Project Management certification preferred.
- 4–5 years of experience in Program Management, CSR, Skilling, Employability, or Project Implementation.
