Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and execute offline events across the SEA region, including brand campaigns, user meetups, community gatherings, partner conferences, and KOL collaboration events, ensuring high-quality delivery and achievement of business objectives.
  • Manage the end-to-end event lifecycle, including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, budget management, logistics, promotional materials, staffing, and on-site execution, while ensuring alignment with local market culture and regulations.
  • Collect user feedback and event performance data, conduct post-event analysis, prepare event reports, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor market trends and emerging event formats within the SEA region, explore innovative engagement strategies, and continuously enhance event quality and participant experience.
  • Develop and implement targeted offline event strategies based on SEA user profiles and local cultural insights. Collaborate closely with online operations and marketing teams to improve user engagement, retention, and brand awareness.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local partners, venues, media outlets, communities, and other key stakeholders across the SEA region to support successful event execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in offline event management. Experience in Internet, consumer goods, FinTech, cryptocurrency, or international markets is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the full event management process, including budget control, vendor and supply chain coordination, on-site operations, and contingency management.
  • Excellent creativity, project management, and resource integration skills, with the ability to design impactful events tailored to local cultures and audiences.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to independently manage relationships with local partners, venues, vendors, and community organizations across SEA.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the SEA region and ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong awareness of local market trends and user needs, with the ability to respond quickly to evolving business and event requirements.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese is highly preferred to support local communication and stakeholder management throughout the SEA region.
