Bring in your ideas and new perspectives to continuously improve the TRATON compliance management system, particularly in the areas of prevention of corruption and money laundering, antitrust law, and human rights
Create engaging content for internal compliance communications, awareness events, and training materials
Assist in third party integrity checks and Compliance due diligence processes
Conduct research on legal developments in the relevant Compliance areas
Participate in various ongoing international projects, such as cross-brand process harmonization or digitization projects
Analyze compliance-related data and prepare reports to support decision-making and process optimization
Profile description:
You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Business Law, Business Economics, Social Sciences, or a comparable field of study, and ideally have gained initial professional experience as an intern or working student
You are service-oriented, think in processes, and have an affinity for translating compliance requirements into existing business processes or IT applications
You have a good knowledge of MS Office, MS Teams, and MS SharePoint and are interested in new technologies such as AI applications
You have a professional interest in compliance and integrity topics
You are fluent in written and spoken English; German is a plus
