In this position, you will introduce our faith-based healthcare sharing ministry memberships to individuals, families, and self-employed professionals seeking affordable, community-supported healthcare alternatives.
This is a 1099, fully commission-based entrepreneurial opportunity perfectly suited for self-starters who want to build substantial, long-term residual income while championing faith-based healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion: Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive new member enrollments for our healthcare ministry program.
- Consultative Selling: Educate prospective members on how healthcare sharing ministries operate, emphasizing community care, cost-sharing principles, and membership guidelines.
- B2B & B2C Lead Generation: Prospect independent contractors, small business owners, and faith-based communities to build a robust pipeline of interested participants.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for your enrolled members, guiding them through the application and contribution process.
- Compliance & Integrity: Ensure all marketing and enrollment conversations adhere strictly to ministry guidelines and state/federal regulations regarding non-insurance healthcare alternatives.
- Team Leadership (Director Level): Recruit, onboard, and mentor a network of independent sales agents to scale regional distribution, utilizing override structures.

- Structure: 1099 Uncapped Residual Commission.
- Earning Potential: Industry data for independent resellers and agents in the healthcare sharing ministry space shows an average residual earning of $40 to $65 per enrolled family/household per month.
