Are you a data-driven digital marketing professional with a passion for performance marketing and paid media strategy? We are looking for a Digital & Media Buying Executive to oversee and optimize multi-platform advertising campaigns.
About the Role
As a Digital & Media Buying Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple client accounts. You will work closely with Account Managers, Strategists, and Creative Teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, aligned with client objectives, and achieve outstanding performance results.
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic planning and day-to-day campaign management.
Key Responsibilities
Media Planning & Campaign Setup
* Develop paid media strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and other platforms
* Translate client briefs into effective media plans, budgets, and KPI frameworks
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure assets and campaign requirements are ready for launch
* Ensure accurate and timely campaign execution
* Marketing funnel architecture and implementation in paid ads
Performance Optimization
* Monitor and optimize live campaigns to maximize ROI and performance
* Conduct A/B testing and audience refinement
* Improve key metrics such as CTR, CPL, ROAS, and engagement rates
* Troubleshoot campaign issues and provide actionable recommendations
* Communicate with the clients to track sales and leads quality
* Pixels and CAPI integration
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Partner with Account Managers and Strategy teams on planning and reporting
* Participate in client briefings and performance review meetings
* Ensure smooth communication and workflow between departments
Reporting & Analysis
* Prepare monthly performance reports and recommendations
* Track budgets, spend, campaign results, and benchmarking data
* Deliver data-driven insights that support continuous improvement
Requirements
✔️ 3–5 years of experience in Digital Media Buying or Paid Advertising, preferably within an agency environment in the GCC (Preferably Qatar)
✔️ Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads
✔️ Experience with TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
✔️ Advanced knowledge of campaign setup, tracking, attribution, and optimization
✔️ Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make strategic decisions
✔️ Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
