Role Description This is a volunteer, Hybrid Social Media Manager role based in Riyadh for أيدينا إرث | Aydina Irth. The Social Media Manager will plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns across platforms to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and support community growth. Responsibilities include creating and scheduling content calendars, coordinating with internal teams for briefs and approvals, and ensuring brand voice and visual identity are consistent. The role involves monitoring social channels daily, responding to comments and messages, and escalating feedback when needed. The Social Media Manager will track performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and recommend data-driven improvements to content and channel strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), including campaign planning, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
  • Strong Content Strategy and Writing skills to develop clear, engaging, and culturally relevant content tailored to different platforms.
  • Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and community members, both in writing and verbally.
  • Experience using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar).
  • Ability to interpret social media metrics, generate insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations.
  • Creativity and attention to detail, with an eye for visual consistency and brand alignment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience managing social media for brands in the cultural, heritage, or creative sectors is an advantage.
  • Comfort working hybrid in Riyadh and collaborating in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
